Sorrelly P came into our rescue program on July 14, 2020. Sorrelly P came into our rescue program from the City of Edmond Animal Welfare along with 23 other horses as a cruelty case. This case has been a long drawn out ordeal and we are thankful that we can now prepare these horses for adoption. Many of these horses had a lot of medical issues that we have been treating and taking care of. Reportedly, most of the horses in this case are all Western Pleasure bred. We DO NOT have registration papers on any of these horses. Sorrelly P is a Beautiful, Sorrel/White, Paint, Colt. Sorrelly P is estimated to be 7 months of age. Sorrelly P is super sweet and loves attention. Sorrelly P is fair condition, with a body condition score 4. Sorrelly P's blood work showed his total protein was elevated, this can indicate dehydration or infection. Phosphorus was elevated, this can indicate poor nutrition in a growing horse. A fecal egg count was done and no parasites were observed. We will update as he improves. Please consider making a donation towards Sorrelly P's Rehabilitation.

Update March 2021 Sorrelly P is doing great and now ready for a family to call his own. He is growing to be one handsome guy. Sorrelly P is finally eligible for adoption. He is now around 1 1/2 years of age. Sorrelly P has been gelded. This sweet boy is halter broke and broke to lead. This guy is going to make someone an excellent horse. Sorrelly P has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Sorrelly P has been adopted to a wonderful family in Newalla, Oklahoma. Sorrelly P is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this super sweet boy found the forever, loving family he deserves where he will be showered with love and attention.

We are generally available BY APPOINTMENT Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and generally anytime Friday - Sunday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
